Terms of Service

1. The service

Create Music AI provides AI-assisted tools for generating music, writing lyrics, creating covers and videos, separating vocals, mastering tracks, and related audio utilities. The service is provided in English only and may change over time as features are added or adjusted.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the paid features.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

• Generation consumes credits. Credit amounts per plan and per generation are shown in the pricing section of the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• One-time credit packs are valid forever from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.
• Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to imitate identifiable artists or public figures in a misleading way, or use prompts that violate third-party rights.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service or its model outputs as a competing music generation service.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, probe the infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

5. Content and licenses

You keep responsibility for the prompts and lyrics you submit, and you must have the rights needed to use them. Tracks generated under a paid plan include a commercial license for eligible uses, as described in the Commercial License page. Free-plan generations are for personal, non-commercial use.

Annual subscribers can download a license certificate for eligible tracks, providing a record of the commercial rights included with that track.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify features, and we may limit usage to protect the platform from abuse or capacity issues. Planned maintenance and material changes will be communicated where practical.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or attempt to abuse the platform. Where a paid balance remains after termination without cause, we will refund unused credits at our reasonable discretion.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Music AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Independence

Create Music AI is an independent third-party product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google, YouTube, Spotify, Stripe, or any other music generation service. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
