Refund Policy

1. Subscription refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of the first payment if you have used fewer than 10 credits in the billing period. Annual subscriptions that have already been used for generating and downloading music are eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused months at our discretion.

Renewal payments can be refunded when the request reaches us within 7 days of the charge and the account has not used credits since the renewal.

2. One-time credit packs

Credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10 percent of the credits in the pack have been used. Credits that have already been spent on generations cannot be refunded, since generation capacity is consumed immediately.

3. What is not refundable

• Credits already consumed by generation, cover, video, mastering, or separation tasks.
• Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window described above.
• Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or violations of our terms.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the relevant charge, unless required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@createaimusic.lol from the address on your account with the order or invoice reference. We review requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to the plan continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund.
