Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers createaimusic.lol and its subdomains. It does not cover third-party services you reach through the site—such as Google Sign-In or Stripe—or the platforms where you publish your music. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier received when you sign in with Google.
• Content data: prompts, lyrics, style selections, and settings you submit, plus the audio renders generated from them.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status, credit balance, and invoice history. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and logs needed for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
• Support data: the contents of messages you send to support@createaimusic.lol.

3. How we use data

We use your data to create and secure your account, process generations, keep your projects available across sessions, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to understand which features are used so we can improve the service. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles.

4. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), your consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a preference cookie for language and theme, and cookies set by our payment provider during checkout. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent checkout from working.

6. Sharing and processors

We share data only with processors that help us run the service: cloud hosting and database providers, Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and email delivery services for support and receipts. They process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

7. Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email support@createaimusic.lol. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
